About me

I´ve been working in Software companies for over 20 years and thereof as a Continuous Improvement Coach for over 10 years. My educational background is a degree in Workplace Sociology, Executive Coaching, and Computer Software. My values are creativity, trust and appreciation. My passion is working with people & teams and creating a culture built on transparency and trust. I love to connect with people and as a result, create something wonderful.

I live in Iceland with my husband, son, and two cats Sunna and Dimma. In my free time, I like to work on the challenging but rewarding project of growing a forest in the black volcanic sands in the South of Iceland.
